- Contestants shall be current students of approved Universities by committee.
- Entry design shall purely be related to Jewelry.
- Contestants must confirm designs are purely from his/her own creations and ideas.
By entering the competition, contestants agree to use the image of his/her own design in any publicity material.
Infringement of any part or whole of third parties’ intellectual property rights will result in disqualification.
Contestants shall submit a short description and story behind of the design.
Any entries made later than deadline will be disqualified.
Judging criteria lay out by Committee will only be applied.
First, Second, and Third place winners must be able to attend the celebration at Myanmar.
“1% Commission fee” benefit will only be effective for the day of Anniversary sale promotion.
The committee will provide air tickets fee and any necessary accommodations to the prize winners for their stay in Myanmar.
For convenience of visa application, committee will provide any documents such as invitation letters but it shall bear no mean of committee warrant for visa.
In the event of winners fail to accept the prize at designated time and place in Myanmar, committee reserves the rights to disqualify the prize winner and no alternative prize shall be awarded or representative recipients are allowed.
In the event of any dispute and all matters relating to the competition, the decision of committee shall be final and unchangeable.
